Coming up a new DVD - the 6th December 2009
This website is for an overwhelmingly great Sami singer: Mari Boine.
Photo: Terje Krogh We are three very big fans of her, and we've decided to make a fanclub website especially for her. Since we've made this site, Mari Boine is not to be held responsible for any of the contents. She is helping us however, as much as she can. On this site, we hope to give you information on her history, her course of life. Also we will give you information on her discography, nominations/awards for her songs, concerts, (translated) articles we've found on several places, photographs, and contact information. However, before this page can be launched, a lot of work needs to be done. Of course we need to design the website itself further, translate the articles (to several languages is our idea for the future), think of/search a lot of things more to put on the site (so any ideas are welcome, but note, we are not obliged to use all of them ☺). And as you can understand, this will take some time. So please be patient! We also started a fanclub site on www.MySpace.com/MariBoine_fanclub and http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1556146023#/group.php?gid=76309341109&ref=mf, where people can become visible fans of Mari Boine after registering with MySpace/Facebook (for free). We are hoping that all of you tell your friends about these pages, so we can make this club grow quickly.... But as said, please be patient with us. We've never done anything like this before, and everything is new to us. We promise, we'll do our best to make this a really great fanclub, because Mari is worth that effort!
